The building was constructed in the Matto City High-tech Business Facilities Industrial Estate located midway between Kanazawa City and Komatsu Airport. This is a complex facility consisting of a general administration wing that serves as the head office building and a manufacturing wing. With a clear flow plan that incorporates an inner courtyard, the customer, staff and services zones of the general administration wing are clearly separated, and each zone has a suitably corresponding design. The "volume" of the factory is understated and the building has a gently curving roof that achieves a balance with the surrounding mountain range.
