This is a large commercial facility with a cinema complex that was selected from a project design competition for the redevelopment of an old factory site.
The buildings interior was designed in the manner of an urban street scene. With spaces around the entrances, "fukinukes" style ceilings and wide pathways, the structure forms a comfortable commercial space. In addition, much attention was given to the fine details concerning material properties, shapes and colors, etc, focusing on sections that are caught by the customers' eyes or touched by their hands, to achieve a low-cost yet exceptional design. Without being confined to the limitations of the Heart Building Law, this facility realizes a "Universal Designs" that is friendly to all users without drawing attention to any differences between disabled, weak or healthy persons.
