Located centrally in Fukagawa Gatharia, the plaza building is a complex facility that expects to see customers coming from both the local areas and from farther out with a restaurant district, fitness club, golf consultation room, etc, covering one basement level up to the fourth floor.
As offices and local amenities within a complex development focusing on office space, and with expectations of customer attracting power and increased profile for Fukagawa Gatharia, the plaza was designed to be the touch-paper for the entire development.
The restaurant zone "LOTUS PARK" was created in collaboration with commercial space presentation producers in a first of its kind approach where the sensitivities of the tenants who understand the perception and needs of their customers were incorporated into the architectural proposal.
