This general rental apartment project was undertaken by NTT Business Associe on the site of a NTT company housing block.
The site is in contact with the road on the east and west sides. There are entrances on both roads and a passageway inside the building connects the two. A three level "fukinuke" style inner garden is located at the center of the passageway, wide enough to be able to see one entrance from the other, which draws the line of sight upwards. Surrounding the inner garden, there are 8 types of dwelling unit ranging from 2LDK (72m²) to 3LDK (118m²). This changing shared space that opens out into the interior is a feature of this building. Another feature is of this "pets allowed" building is the pet facility set up in the shared area.
