This is a medium scale rental apartment complex consisting of 62 studio apartments for single occupancy and 9 small family-sized apartments, built primarily to accommodate demand from airport related businesses. The floor configuration is zoned with single occupancy studio apartments located on the 1st through 4th floors, while the family apartments are located on the 5th and 6th floors. The inner garden, which acts as the core of the development and generates a community feel, also serves to enhance the feel of quality. Furthermore, the apartment configuration focuses on a westward orientation to look out onto the rich greenery of the nearby shrine and secure a liberating vista. This project also incorporates a new approach to tackle issues related to "Increasing the appeal of first floor (ground floor) apartments". The design increases the appeal of first floor apartments that generally tend to have lower occupancy rates by allocating private gardens and allowing direct street access. The gardens have proved popular as parking spaces for bicycles and motorcycles or as spaces to engage in hobbies, etc, and have successfully contributed to the occupancy rate of these apartments.
