This large-scale rental apartment complex comprising 279 residences is the culmination of a joint development project with a group company engaged in the rental apartment business.
The project progressed according to the joint themes of "Creating a comfortable living space with a constant feel of light and wind" and "Introducing information and environmental technologies developed in-house".
The two block configuration plan consisting of a high-rise block with grand vistas for single occupants and a southern low-rise block offering a pleasant environment for families, together with an inner garden which creates a sense of constant closeness to nature and acts as a buffer between the two blocks, maximizes the potential of the site from a business perspective and an architectural perspective. Furthermore, the positioning of the inner garden as a "Second entrance" offers greater security for the low-rise residents.
The facility utilizes "WAKENET", a non-contact ID card security system developed in-house, and the exterior of the building is illuminated with solar powered LED lighting.
