This apartment complex, located in a leafy residential district, has a wide open vista looking out across adjacent tennis courts with studio apartments positioned mainly in the western section and small family apartments positioned in the southern section. This facility is characterized by the versatile variations available for the essentially simple studio apartments, which are designed to accommodate the diversity of single life lifestyles. The first floor (ground floor) apartments have split-level flooring which creates a spacious feel with a high ceiling and open kitchen area. The family apartments are designed so that all doors can be put away into storage spaces to allow the flexible use of space, while the interior achieves a pleasant contrast between the wooden flooring and the whitened walls. For the external design, a large frame has been placed on the western facade to temper the overall volume of the building. The "Kidan" podium style design restrains the dominance of the building and achieves a harmony with the surrounds. 50mm square pottery texture tiles are used on the outer walls to create a soft impression, while distinct indented tiles and clearly defined eaves create a strong impression at the entrance and achieves the overall warmth characteristic of a residential building.
