The site is located at a beauty spot along the Kinugawa Valley. The architectural structure fully utilizes the scenery to produce a truly hospitable space. Although the building stands 5 floors above ground, from road level on the approach road, only 4 floors are visible. Floors 3 and 4 are shared areas housing the lobby, restaurants, etc, guest rooms facing the river are located on floors 2 and 5, and the spa-baths are located on the lowest floor. Each floor has been designed to provide a different view. As a viewing area, the 4th floor lobby lounge offers a scenic outlook looking down into the valley, while the 3rd floor has wide wood-deck balconies allowing visitors to feel the full expanse of the environment. The facility offers many spaces of differing ambiance in which to relax.
