Based on the 2001 Elderly Healthcare Facility Development Plan for the Uma district in Ehime prefecture, the planning for this elderly healthcare facility was undertaken by a medical corporation client.
With the design concepts "Planning to maximize synergy with the adjacent hospital", "A highly functional facility that is friendly to both residents and staff" and "A safe facility providing security and peace of mind", this facility was planned with the aim of providing support for the elderly in terms of both medical care and welfare as an associated facility of the hospital.
The Group Home "Donguri" has been built on adjacent land, further enhancing the overall facility.
