Situated on a slope that comprises a height difference of 12m within the site, the entrance is located on the 2nd floor. A clear zoning system has been implemented with the guest rooms located on the east side, from which visitors can enjoy the pleasant scenery, shared zones on the west side, and service zones on the south side adjacent to neighboring premises and on the 4th floor. The abundance of nature from the surrounding landscape has been "borrowed" to allow visitors to enjoy the scenery even while moving around inside the building. Aiming to create a space in which everyone can feel at home and to which everyone would wish to visit again, the design incorporates considerations for elderly and people with specials needs.
