This is a financial service location in the eastern district of Kochi Prefecture. The exterior design combines white tiles and woodgrain finish resin-coated aluminum louvers to represent 'Tosa shikkui (plaster)' and 'wood,' which are the local specialties of Tosa, to create a simple and modern look with dignity as a financial institution. In addition, the rooftop terrace on the second floor with a symbolic tree in the center is a place of comfort from which light and wind are drawn in. It also serves to reflect the bustle of the store onto the street below. For the interior, an image of the sunlight shining through was created by combining resin-coated aluminum louvers with woodgrain pattern and the concealed lightings on the ceiling of the customer lobby to introduce the cheerful and open spirit of "Tropical Tosa." Furthermore, in order to take part in the "local production for local consumption" movement, local cedar boards are used on the walls of the conference room, which is also open for community use.
