This building, a combination formed of a historical building of the Taisho Period and a newly built extension, is a commercial facility comprised of specialist retail outlets and restaurants, based on the theme of "Tradition and Innovation". The square inner garden surrounded by the new and old buildings has a square promenade. The new and old buildings blend effortlessly and the area is designed so that each tenant has the feel of a storefront facing the thoroughfare.
One step in from the human-scale serene exterior transports the customer to a contrasting space full of activity. The building creates a memorable space that will surprise and thrill its visitors.
