The concept for the design of this building was "A multimedia intelligent building that embodies one-hundred years of tradition and the advancements of the 21st century". The high level functionality and reliability needed for a core information network site is ensured through the construction of an infrastructure that can provide flexible support for future change, the creation of a progressive and efficient business environment, and by establishing enhanced head office functions. In terms of design, the aim was to create a corporate image worthy of a company located in Aoyama, Minato-ku.
