This re-development project for an existing urban district was undertaken to realize a "Theatre City for the 21 Century" in a cultural district that includes the New National Theatre. Each floor has approximately 2,000m2 of office space. This facility consists of a high rise building standing 54 stories high and a low rise building. The low rise building houses a 1,632 seat concert hall, an art gallery focusing on contemporary art, and an ICC (Inter Communication Center) utilizing electronic information media, and commercial facilities. There are numerous other public spaces in the lower levels such as a 200m long semi-outdoor gallery, an outdoor plaza in the form of a sunken garden, and an indoor atrium, etc.
