A 105 dwelling unit rental apartment complex planned for the city center commercial district of Higashi Shinsaibashi. There are a variety of dwelling sizes and types ranging from 30m² studio apartments to 100m² two bedroom apartments. In contrast to the chaotic surrounds, this building incorporates a simple and clean exterior design and a secluded inner garden and entrance hall. In particular, the top floor residence raises the class of the facility with an integrated living and terrace space, a view bath and an elevator hall overlooking the rooftop garden.
