The planned site is located in a convenient urban area, 1 minute south of Tojinmachi Subway Station, which also benefits from the green environment of Ohori Park.
With the second phase construction in mind, the basic plan of the entire premises is designed to ensure harmony with the local environment, even after the future completion of the second tower.
Each floor has one of three distinctive types of floor plans with an entrance approach, exhibiting an independent feel.
The simple entrance hall with a courtyard in the middle provides natural light and an expansive feel to the space.
Being conscious of the distant perspective of the building from Ohori Park, the exterior design places importance on the southeast side, while perceiving the east as the front.
Balconies and railings are incorporated on the upper levels to give a sense of liberation by taking full advantage of the view of Ohori Park.
