This development, consisting of 163 family oriented condominiums, was planned around the theme of "permanent residency" in the verdant new-town area of Senri New-town. The residential wings are segmented into four parts, which are connected via an open glass-screen bridge allowing residents to enjoy the vista (a park to the west and an elementary school to the south) from the shared passageways. This also serves to minimize the impact of the volume of the complex on the surrounding area. Utilizing the site characteristics which incorporate an elevation difference of approximately 10m, the sloping inner garden consists of successive levels of circuit style landscaping designed to provide a verdant area for the enjoyment of the residential community. The dwelling units have a number of characteristics designed with single detached residences in mind (all units have gated porches and spacious balconies two meters wide with external water washing, etc.). Floor plan area ranges from 73 - 115m2 with 18 dwelling types focusing on three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences to accommodate the diverse needs of the residents.
