This is a 72-apartment family oriented "Permanent Residence" style complex built in the commuter town of Toyotsu, Suita-shi to the north of Osaka.
The exterior of the building has a distinct design featuring balconies that extend 2.7m and 2.0m in an alternating pattern with glass balustrades that create a light atmosphere.
The larger 2.7m balconies are equipped with center opening flat sash windows that effectively make the balcony an extension of the living room and create a flexible environment.
In addition, to stay in keeping with the surrounding townscape, which mainly consists of single detached residences, the apartment complex car-park utilizes a simple up/down three level lift device incorporating a below ground level parking pit, and dedicated gardens and parking spaces for first floor residents, while the inner garden incorporates a "cycle-port" style parking facility with enough space to cater for all residences.
Apartment floor plans range from 66.76m2 to 94.30m2 in eight configurations ranging from three-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments that accommodate the various needs of family residents.
