This skyscraper stands within walking distance of the "Kita" district, the gateway to Osaka (Osaka, Umeda). The 137 apartments in this building, which realizes "work/home proximity", are designed on the theme of "Status". Built on a site with three roadside boundaries, the design adopts the Comprehensive Design System to create a comfortable external space, while securing maximum building capacity.
In consideration of the surrounding cityscape, the exterior of the building incorporates a sidewalk style open-space and green zones to alleviate the dominance of the building at the lower levels, while the higher levels adopt a dignified design that blends in with the surrounding office buildings.
A seismic isolation structure and high-strength concrete have been used in consideration of permanent residents, while apartments face at least one of the three roads and adopt triple lock security to ensure a comfortable living space.
Residence floor plans range from 47.79m2 to 108.24m2 in fifteen different configurations ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom apartments, to accommodate a wide variety of residents' needs.
