Standing in the electronics district of Akihabara, the point of convergence for the world's latest concepts and technologies, this complex office building boasts an IT center core, events spaces, a restaurant mall and an extensive car-park with 800 parking spaces
Based on a "Cultural Generator" concept, the design aims to create a facility that enhances Akihabara's "cutting edge" image and allows more people to interact, in order to create the drive that will "Generate" an urban culture unique to Akihabara.
Offering a maximum 4,800m2 in a vast column-less square space with almost unlimited layout possibilities, this facility provides some of Japan's most outstanding large-scale office spaces.
The freedom of control incorporated into the lighting and air conditioning systems allow finely tuned settings on a 24-hour basis that cater for each tenant section.
