Alpha Techno Center is a building in a residential area that has been reconstructed by a software development company, Alpha Systems Inc., to achieve both the "secure development office environment" and a "facade that blends in with the residential neighborhood." The 18 m × 42 m column-less development office has adopted narrowed apertures to create a space conducive to concentrating on developments and also to managing visual privacy from the surroundings as well as the afternoon sun. A wide corridor with an expansive feel has been set up in the core section to offer a communication space for employees. An atrium stairwell and the glass partition walls and the railings of the development offices allow natural light to reach in. In addition, an interactive and creative space is formed as the flow of people on the floors above and below can be sensed from the development office. The exterior design incorporates recycled wood louvers on the east and south faces to divide the building volume and control the sight lines and lights. Furthermore, the building aims to conserve energy by adopting high-heat panels on the exterior wall and multi-layered glass windows and by allowing natural ventilation and air circulation.
