Comsys Omiya is a company residence for employees. The facade on the exterior wall incorporates recycled wood louvers and tiles with a color that blends well with the surrounding environment. In order to encourage communication among the employees, their mailboxes are intentionally set up in the open space, instead of in a back corner where they are normally placed. To ensure adaptability to changing demands, the building is composed of studio-type rooms equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen and has a security lock on each floor for the future possibility of renting out a whole floor.
