The building was constructed with the aims of delivering a high-quality ambiance, worthy of the head office of a financial institution, and a comfortable, safe, and secure office space. The design concept aims to achieve "a user-friendly and accessible building that is also eco-friendly and sustainable" and "a building that blends in with the surrounding environment while also enhancing the charm of the area."
A double-skin facade design with aluminum window frames is adopted on the south face and half of the east and west faces. The mullions on the outside glass surface are arranged randomly to show the movement of the building's interior.
The double-skin cavity (intermediate space) between the inner and outer skins, which is fitted with controllable blinds, forms an organic expression that changes daily when combined with the glimpses of green from the roadside trees along Tochinoki-dori that are reflected in the glass facade.
