This high-rise office building is the symbol of Fukagawa Gatharia. With up-to-date specifications pre-requisite for a tenant building, we aim to maintain our competitiveness for the future.
The entrance section was intentionally raised to the 4th floor and a large piloti created below for the placement of sculptures. Taking the future twin-towers concept into consideration, the structure serves as an entrance gate into the district, ensuring visibility for the Center Plaza, SC Wing and the Plaza Wing to attract customers whilst also taking regional characteristics into account.
For vibration suppression, hysteretic dampers (honeycomb dampers) that utilize viscous dampers (oil dampers) and the elasto-plastic properties of steel have been incorporated to heighten safety and reliability.
