Located on the south-west corner of Fukagawa Gatharia, this tenant building was designed to match the Tower S Building.
With an almost square floor area, the north-south length has been moderated to heighten the margin for future planning on the north side. In terms of positioning, the west wall surface line is aligned with the Fujikura Head Office building and the south wall surface line is aligned with the SC wing. In addition the W2 and W3 wings planned for the future have also been taken into consideration in order to ensure the uniform identity of the district and achieve a dignified business zone atmosphere. Standard offices are in an optimal one-room three-sides-of-a-square format ideal for floor rental and flexibility is assured through the implementation of long-span to create column-less space.
To heighten safety and reliability, viscous damping walls have been used for vibration suppression.
