Garden Azabuarisugawa is a rental apartment building which houses 3 large units, targeting mainly foreign nationals. The 23-year-old building underwent a makeover, in which the exterior design, formerly decorated in tiles, was transformed to a modern design based on white to highlight the renewal of the building.
In terms of interior, everything, including the floor plan, interior decorations, and residential facilities, has been renewed. With the one unit per one floor layout, the building achieves a high level of security and the feel of a detached house.
In addition, comfortability and environmental performance are heightened with the implementation of LED lighting throughout the premises and the external heat insulation wall.
