The reconstruction of the TODENTSU Headquarters Building, part of the Shiodome redevelopment project.
While following the design code of the surrounding Italian district, the details and colors have been carefully considered to achieve a composed exterior worthy of the company's headquarters.
With more than three times the floor space of the old headquarters building, the lower and mid-level floors function as office space, while the upper floors accommodate the conference rooms, staff canteen, and executive floors, etc. With long-span column-less office space and the implementation of LonWorks, a centralized control system, as the BAS, this is the definitive next generation building.
In addition, as the local disaster preparedness center, this building not only incorporates a seismic isolation structure, it will also provide power and serve as a water supply and drainage site in times of disaster.
