Steel structure, 1 story above ground
This building was designed as an extension to the Comany Inc., Headquarters factory.
The design prioritizes factory functionality, and thorough cost minimization was undertaken using the CM system.
In appearance, the building is assimilated into the existing group of factory buildings by using the same exterior cladding material. Since the area receives strong winds coming in from the sea as well as sandy winds from the mountains, special consideration was given to steel frame corrosion. The coating plant opted for the powder coating system that uses non-solvent non-hazardous materials, compartmentalization of the line area and type 1 ventilation systems to create an interior environment that takes product coating quality into consideration.
In addition, due consideration was given to the environment with all materials cleared from the existing car park at the planned site and other excavated materials re-used on site.
