Located in the middle of Ginza, the Koyurugi Building is a commercial complex establishment for commercial and office use with the concept of "a building which values the character and atmosphere of Ginza and will remain an asset to the area for years to come."
The considerations put into the design have achieved "a green building" which creates a comfortable and energy efficient environment by implementing high-efficiency equipment, highly insulated glass panels, and LED lighting and "safety and security" with the integration of a damping structure, easily maintainable equipment, and a design that can readily accommodate core plans and future changes as well as "the exterior facade that contributes to the cityscape of Ginza" with a design based on vertical lines that gives the building elegant and remarkable expression and a color scheme which expresses movement and freshness.
