As a center for information infrastructure construction and as the control offices, this building is a disaster-preparedness center contributing to disaster recovery and is also a sustainable building capable of maintaining long-term value.
The floor plate consisting of a main space with a span of 18m and sub-spaces on either side allows the configuration of flexible office space capable of keeping pace with changes in IT and office environments.
Furthermore, the atrium allows natural light to penetrate deep into the spacious floor plate and all doors and windows are double-glazed to create a comfortable environment.
In addition, the building incorporates a damping structure to minimize earthquake damage and secure high levels of safety and reliability.
