The renovation project to enhance the additional value of the pre-existing office building included mainly improvements in security, interior design of the communal areas, and energy conservation. To change the impression of the entrance, which acts as the face of the offices, greenery was added, the marble side walls were polished with a special cleaning method to bring back their luster, and some marble panels were taken away to create a vault style ceiling. The removed marble is recycled as the outside benches. In addition, an artistic table, decorated with recycled buttons from push-button telephones, is placed in a meeting area. Thinned wood is used for the office directory board to add the warmth of wood to the design. Moreover, as an example of green renovation, the project places emphasis on radical recycling and energy conservation, along with implementation measures, such as LED lighting.
