Toshiba Smart Community Center is constructed as a focal point of the Smart Community business of a diversified electronics manufacturer, Toshiba Corporation. Not only does it provide office space, but also the entire building serves as a place of demonstrations/showrooms equipped with advanced IT/ICT for the creation of new values.
NTT Facilities has been responsible not only for the project management but also for various tasks, including the construction of offices and interior designs, to build an establishment which houses approximately 8,000 people from 8 Toshiba-related organizations and the group companies upon completion.
The central space connected by an 11-story atrium staircase is a perfect space for the employees and the clients to come up with new collaborations.
