In recent years, the Toyosu district has been in the spotlight as a new city development in the bay area. This building is a super high-rise office block designed as a twin tower landmark befitting the gateway to this development district. Horizontal ribbon windows were used as the key feature of the building with glass curtain walls used at the corners to achieve harmony with the existing Toyosu Center Building. With an almost square floor plate, office space is available in a three-sides-of-a-square workroom configuration with a depth of 17m, offering a continuous space of 2,200 - 2,350m2. In addition, there are ample office amenities including a "refresh-room" (isolated smoking room), natural light restrooms, and wheelchair amenities, etc, on each floor.
