This 13-story rental apartment building with 94 units has been built in one of Osaka's leading education areas. A great living environment is promised as it is located in a neighborhood with a large hospital, and various schools and parks. To make the best use of such surrounding environment, the building was designed with the theme of "environment" and "coexistence of multi-generations." A double-height atrium Eco-slit, established in the center of the L-shaped residential building, adds greenery in the lives of the high-rise residents. The entrance approach area has a sense of unity with the surrounding environment by creating an outdoor landscape which coordinates with the greenery of the adjoining park. Eleven types of different floor layouts were prepared to accommodate multi-generational residents. In addition, HEMS is implemented in each unit to visualize energy consumption and provide an environment that encourages energy-saving efforts at home.
