This is an office building standing by JR Yono station. Zenrosai (National Federation of Workers and Consumers Insurance Cooperatives) is a consumers' cooperative insurer that undertakes a wide range of activities to contribute to the regional community as well as its members. In building the new Zenrosai - Saitama Headquarters, it was necessary to secure building specifications appropriate for a prefectural headquarters and there was a strong desire to create an "open" building that would gain popularity in the regional community. The seismic isolation structure and fine-tuned security controls provide high levels of safety and reliability. The glass curtain walls used for the office sections of the exterior maintain a dignified quality, while in contrast, the lower visitor levels of the building and the exterior open spaces are comprised of materials that provide a more natural flavor. In addition, wood is used as the keynote material to furnish the interior with an openness and warmth to complete the monument and create a feeling of verve.
