(President and CEO: Kiyoshi Tsutsui) invested in Vigilent Corporation (Located in California, U.S.A, CEO: Mark Housley) , providers of the world's first self-learning intelligent energy management system, to improve NTT Facility solutions for data centers and to broaden sales promotion worldwide (Setting more than JPY 6 billion sales plan worldwide in next three years). We believe that we could make our strategic partnership tighter through this investment.
NTT FACILITIES, INC. already entered sales partnership with Vigilent Corporation in 2011.
