NTT FACILITIES to Expand Operation into Thailand through the Acquisition of Stake in Unitrio Technology Limited

Tokyo, Japan

NTT FACILITIES, INC. (NTTF) has reached an agreement to acquire significant stake in Unitrio Technology Limited (UT), a data center engineering company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Upon closing, UT will become a group company of NTTF.
This transaction will bring mutual synergies for both NTTF and UT - Through the linkage of NTTF and UT, NTTF will establish business foundation in Southeast Asia and UT will enlarge its business scope by introducing NTTF's advanced technology.
By the combination of UT's specialty in installment and maintenance of data center power and cooling systems, and NTTF's expertise in planning and designing of such systems, NTTF and UT will provide integrated data center engineering service for customers in rapidly growing data center market in Thailand as well as for Japanese firms operating in Thailand.

NTTF aims to provide the integrated facility services to global market by further strengthening business bases that offers a full line of engineering value chain consisting of integrated services from consulting and designing to construction and maintenance.

The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to be completed in April, 2013.
